Everyone seems to find a favorite on our menu. Here's a description of a few of our popular items:

Kentucky Hot Brown:
Lightly browned toast topped with turkey, bacon, béarnaise sauce, cheddar cheese, and a couple of tomato slices. This is a favorite of many of our customers. Ask someone who's been to Rubbies and they'll likely brag about the Hot Brown

Rubbie Wings:
Whole wings, deep fried & seasoned with our famous "Rubbie Wing Sauce". The sauce is a secret, and is unlike any other wings you'll get anywhere. You can order them seasoned 'Mild', 'Medium', 'Hot', or '911' (not for the weak). Some say they're the best in Louisville, others say they're the best you'll get anywhere

Sizzling Steaks:
Order the Hand-cut Black Angus Rib eye (either 10oz. or 14oz.), Marinated Montreal Strip Steak, or the popular Rubbies Bourbon Glazed Steak. All steaks are topped with sautéed mushrooms and brought to you still cooking on a sizzling cast iron skillet
